Corporate Building Services creates a customized janitorial cleaning program that meets the needs of each customer. Texas customers are served in Austin, San Antonio and Houston. We serve customers in Arizona, including those living around Phoenix and Tucson.

Your work scope will be tailored to include daily cleaning, weekly project cleaning, and periodic deep cleaning. We offer basic janitorial services such as carpet cleaning, disinfection, and floor care to protect your property from the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes COVID-19. We will clean your facility during the second or third shift depending on your needs. This will minimize disruption to your customers and employees.

SERVICES FOR HOUSEKEEPING

Day porter service is available to take care of your property. This includes ongoing sanitation service, trash removal and light dusting.

Corporate Building Services can provide temporary staff for hotel customers who require it. Our staff includes housemen, room attendants, laundry workers, and lobby personnel. We provide kitchen prep cooks and stewards for your staffing needs.

We have more temporary staff through CBS-Staffing. We can staff call centres, warehouses, food production plants, manufacturing, and any other light industrial need you might have.
